Mario Maurice Sinjal, S.H. obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 1998. He has more than two decades of legal experience in Indonesia and currently serves as Junior Partner at Yang & Co. His professional background includes partner and senior associate positions at several Indonesian law firms, as well as an in-house industrial and employee relations role at PT Siemens Indonesia.

Mario has extensive experience in employment and industrial relations, advising clients on workforce restructuring, employment termination, collective labour agreements, and employment disputes. His practice also encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, insolvency, and dispute resolution. He has advised domestic and international clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, aviation, and plantations.

His notable experience includes acting as borrower’s legal counsel for PT Krakatau Posco on USD 1.729 billion in senior credit facilities, providing legal assistance for PT Blue Bird Tbk.’s initial public offering, and advising on acquisitions of Indonesian plantation companies. Mario holds professional certification from the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI).
