Yang & Co. Welcomes Mario Maurice Sinjal as Junior Partner

Law Office Yang & Co. is pleased to welcome Mario Maurice Sinjal, SH as Junior Partner. Mario brings more than 25 years of legal experience, with extensive experience in employment and industrial relations, alongside a broad background in corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Mario has advised and represented Indonesian and multinational companies across a wide range of industries. His employment practice encompasses workforce restructuring, employment terminations, collective labour agreements, labour union negotiations, company regulations, and industrial relations disputes. His experience also includes an in-house role as Industrial and Employee Relations Officer at PT Siemens Indonesia, where he handled employment documentation, employee grievances, collective bargaining, and related disputes.

Before joining Yang & Co., Mario held partner and senior partner positions at several Indonesian law firms, including Roni Pandiangan & Partners, JIFO Law Firm, and Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners. He also founded Mario Sinjal & Partners.
